2021 Elton Florine Pinot Noir

Made exclusively from a single block at Elton Vineyard planted in 2000 and named New Century Block, this block features tighter vine spacing creating competition among the vines to create small yields of high-quality Pinot Noir.

One the Nose: Precise red and medium garnet colors reveal a finely structured wine with vivid clarity.

On the Palate: Soft floral notes of cherry and toasted cashew lead to tactile flavors of candied cherry, red currant and cedar. The wine finishes with lingering natural acidity and bright red fruit flavor.

Food Pairings: French onion soup, filet mignon with demi glaze, lamb lollipops, brown sugar salmon and wild rice.
